Tout nouvellement créé, le domaine viticole, Lê Thu situé à Oppède fait vinifier ses vins au domaine Ruffinatto à Ménerbes ; après la dégustation orchestrée par le propriétaire, Jean Marcel, son épouse Lê Thu nous servira un menu vietnamien avec comme plat principal le phô, sorte de pot au feu composé d’un bouillon de bœuf agrémenté de nouilles de riz, de fines tranches de viande et de diverses herbes.

Brand new, the Lê Thu wine estate located in Oppède has its wines vinified at the Ruffinatto estate in Ménerbes; after the tasting orchestrated by the owner, Jean Marcel, his wife Lê Thu will serve us a Vietnamese menu with the main course being phô, a sort of pot au feu composed of beef broth garnished with rice noodles, thin slices of meat and various herbs.
